Westley’s 5c to $5 Store in Ovid is owned by Kenneth Westley, who purchased the business from his father, William C. Westley, in 1943. The father had operated the store since 1929. The store was moved to the present location in 1942. The present owner’s wife, Marjorie, also works in the store.
